Bottled 23 Aug 2019. Purchased 19 Sep 2019. Bottle says 15.3%. Sweet, malty, toffee, barleywine flavor, piney.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) B

Smoky, charred wood, coffee, dark chocolate. Seems thin.

120 Minute Ipa (2022) B

Sweet, malty, piny. For a brew with such a high ABV, it is well hidden.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) B

Bottled 26 Oct 2020. Purchased 19 Dec 2020. Fudgy chocolate syrup aroma. Liquid chocolate brownies. Some coffee and milk chocolate flavor as well.

Sour, tart, fresh raspberries.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) B

Bottled 12 Aug 2021. Cinnamon & vanilla aroma. Hmm...probably my least favorite KBS so far. Not terrible, but had high hopes. Bitter cinnamon, vanilla, licorice.

Purchased in Tempe, AZ in 2017. Bottled 11 Feb 2016. Perfect name for this beer. Sweet, dark, tobacco, currants, anise, black coffee, alcohol warmth all the way down. Soft mouthfeel. A big RIS.
