Klar mellemblond med let hvidt skum. Dufter lidt af overmoden stenfrugt. Fin frugtig smag. Næsten for meget sødme men den dæmpes af noget syre og en anelse bitterhed. Faktisk ret lækkert.

Næsten skræmmende livlig, smooth og let, når den høje ABV tages i betragtning - minder på mange måder en en lækker triple i stil med Karmeliet eller Westmalle, dog med lidt mere alkohol i smag og en lækker mousserende afslutning. Dangerously drinkable.

Sweet! A hint of the high ABV is present, but not too bad. I like this one!

Clear, a little alcoholic and just alright. Pale Barley is nice.

Very interesting barleywine, amazing they keep it so blonde. This reminds me of an overly malted triple in the best possible way. Big explosive fruity notes, hint of bubblegum, and some banana. Definite warming notes.

Don't know the year. Tastes like it has a few years on it. Super sweet. Added bourbon to cut the sweetness. Still love the faded hops and the glorious bw goodness!

Hold nu kæft en smag ! 100 smag 100 duft De sidste 0,25 er fordi den er lige en anelse for sprittet.

Monster beer. Very sweet. Color is not what I’d expect from a barleywine, but taste is right on point.

Big barleywine with high ABV but soooo smooth that I cannot taste any alcohol! No caramel, but rather fruity sweetness, with a wheat malt note and herbal notes.
