Yup. That’s a true lambic. Tart and quite a bit of funk. Blueberries don’t really add any sweetness but add a lovely color and some roundness.

Mycket mörk med tydlig ton från ekfat. Ger ett intryck av vin med smak och fyllighet. En särdeles god lambic.

Love that lambic style sour taste. Much mellower than some of the other incredibly tart sours and also a lovely sweetness from the fruit.

Nyknuste rause blåbær dominerer uten å overstyre, geuze, brett, fat. Lekkert komponert, ikke like hissig syre som cassis-varianten.
