Pure perfection. High Belgian esters backed with caramel. Too bad Shelton Bros folded.

This Belgian Strong has a lot of winter warmer in it. The Belgian yeasts are there giving a hint of cherries, but it's dominated by a roasty cocoa. Very smooth at 10%. Dark and sweet but not syrupy.

Not what I expected. Good but very syrupy and thick if that’s what you’re looking for.

Pour le coup on sent vraiment les inspirations trappistes même s’il n’y a pas la complexité d’une westvleteren 12. Mais c’est bien foutu dans les aspects fruités et épicés. Ça manque juste un peu de rondeur pour atteindre le résultat recherché.

Plum, candy nose, note of caramel after the first sip. Heavy, good amount of sweet, well rounded. Alcohol covered up well

Belgian quadrupel greatly put together. Spicy, yeasty, caramelly, malty, with dried fruit notes and hop bitterness at the end. Yepp. Good one.

Chunky boi with lots of chocolate and toasty malt finish. Felt more like a light stout. Crushed a 750 ml easily.
