Pure perfection. High Belgian esters backed with caramel. Too bad Shelton Bros folded.

This Belgian Strong has a lot of winter warmer in it. The Belgian yeasts are there giving a hint of cherries, but it's dominated by a roasty cocoa. Very smooth at 10%. Dark and sweet but not syrupy.

Not what I expected. Good but very syrupy and thick if that’s what you’re looking for.

Way too boozy. Lots of molasses flavor when I was expecting a lighter flavor.

So tasty and malt forward. (Wayne Campbell brushing hair behind ears). “Excellent”

Nice belgian ale, typical high carbonated with belgian notes.

Plum, candy nose, note of caramel after the first sip. Heavy, good amount of sweet, well rounded. Alcohol covered up well

Belgian quadrupel greatly put together. Spicy, yeasty, caramelly, malty, with dried fruit notes and hop bitterness at the end. Yepp. Good one.

Chunky boi with lots of chocolate and toasty malt finish. Felt more like a light stout. Crushed a 750 ml easily.
