Nieoczywisty kwasik, trochę jak herbata ze zbyt dużą ilością cytryny (w pozytywnym znaczeniu). Świeże i pyszne!

Backlog. Classic spontan aroma with very faint seabuckthorn/berry notes. Medium body, dry and acidic mouthfeel. Juicy seabuckthorn flavor also, but could be even more distinct.

Pretty good stuff. Fairly acidic, and not overly fruity - it seems more like a golden sour than a fruited beer to me, but I've no complaints about that.

Zurigheid overheerst maar drinkt goe weg. Fruitigheid maakt dit biertje subtiel.

Can't say I love the smell. Very metallic. Vegetal/salty flavour which is pretty nice though.
