Man lærer mye her inne! Dette var Raymond Ø. sin sureste øl noen sinne, og Einar . drakk den sammen med han på den store ølsmakingen. Den smaker skikkelig av tindved og har deilig funky estere. Jeg likte den jeg og! Ha det!

I have no idea what sea buckthorn is but I do know one thing. This beer is delicious AF and a classic wild sour that goes great with a pretty special lunch

2017. Mulled fruit aroma. Very sour. Acidic. Juicy. Sweet.

Surprised at the lukewarm ratings. I think it's excellent. But maybe it's because I was super thirsty. In any case it is extremely refreshing.

Heavy with high quality. Traditional sour and probably not for everyone.

It’s been along time since I’ve had a Mikkeller beer and boy have I missed them. The nose on this so tart but has this floral earthiness about it, the flavour is just as tart but mellows out with this complex sweetness at the end. Flavour roller coaster!

This is weird…. Cool but definitely weird.

Very very sour and tart. But also sweet, fresh and playful. I quite enjoyed it.

Despite being a big fan of Mikkeller I steered away from this for a while. I regret that. It’s really good. Bitter, sour, acidic, challenging...there’s almost citrus-like notes. Slightly skin-y backend. Personally I love it.

This beer is so complex I don’t know where to start.

Aroma of apricot, funk, hay, and oak. Taste follows aroma with acidity, funkiness, and light vinegar leading the way. Hints of tropical fruit. 2013. Late checkin.
