Timid umami and/or smoke in the aroma. Medium-to-heavy body, bit dry and some bitterness in the mouthfeel. Flavor has pretty much only very roasted dark malts. Boozy. Bottle has fish aromas left but they do not carry on to the flavor.

Sugary belgian dubbel with dark fruits in the aroma. Medium body, sweet and mild-to-medium bitterness. Plethora of spices at first in the flavor, turns into almost syrupy sweet fruitiness. Quite well preserved tho.

Limbo Series Mango

Straightforward, sweetish mango with faint yeast notes. Light body, sweet and mildly sour mouthfeel. Flavor is, unsurprisingly, pretty plain mango.

Implosion Lager

Quite authentic lagery metallic, herbal aroma. Light body, initially sweetish and somewhat bitter mouthfeel. Flavor is grainy, starchy maltiness with rather harsh bitter finish. Drinkable but not exactly very enjoyable.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2019)

Fredriksdal 18-19-21 vertical. Sweet jammy cherry aroma like 2021 vintage. Also completely flat and not sour at all. Slightly more dry than the newer one.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2021)

Fredriksdal 18-19-21 vertical. Disgusting aroma of rancid fat at first, though normalizes somewhat later. Medium body, sweetish and mildly sour. Sweet jammy cherry, completely flat and not sour.

Lambic D'Aunis 2020

Dryish, vinous grapes in the aroma. Medium body, dry and quite sour mouthfeel. Nice juicy grapes, oaky tannins with quite fading palate.

Raspberry Rush

Quite juicy, but dryish raspberry aroma with faint whiff of coffee. Medium body, rather dry and somewhat sour mouthfeel. Consistently, the flavor has pleasant raspberry, that turns into somewhat nice coffee by way of some chocolate notes. Not bad.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019)

Sweet cherry in the aroma as expected. Light-to-medium body, bit sweet and rather sour, acidic mouthfeel. Unsurprisingly, flavor has also that cherry, but not necessarily as sweet as the aroma gives out. Feels like some tannins kick in.

Nice, sweet and almost perfumy juicy cherry in the aroma. Light body, surprisingly acidic and dryish mouthfeel. Unsurprisingly dry juicy cherries in the flavor also, some crackery notes also. 4.1-4.2 Thanks Joona and congrats for the #4000!

Where the Slime Lives

Timid citrusy, oaty aroma. Light body, fairly sweet and faint bitterness. Fluffy soft flavor of herbal, grassy and even musty stone fruit, peach, coconut, faint citrus. Bit dank resin. No real character, just juice.

Nath (2021)

Vertical with 2020 vintage. Clearly more fresh rhubarb fruitiness in both aroma and flavor. Sharper sourness and overall better than the older vintage. 4.1-4.2

Bit funky, fruity rhubarb aroma. Light body, bit sweet and mildly tart mouthfeel. Soft, bit peppery rhubarb with nice fruity palate. Slightly timid tho. Suits well with AI-assisted recommendation of cajun chicken.

50 Degrees N - 4 Degrees E (2020) (Cognac)

Smooth, cognac infused grapes in the aroma. Light-to-medium body, dryish and somewhat sharp sourness in the mouthfeel. Initially very fruity grapes, maybe hints of apricot and apple, strong earthy & cognacy palate.

Dankwood

Distinct caramel fudge and some caramel malts in the aroma. Medium-to-heavy body, sweet and quite bitter mouthfeel. Remarkable red hoppy bitterness, some booze in the form of bourbon. Boozy. 3.6-3.7

Sang Bleu (2022)

Nice blueberryish aroma with a whiff of raspberry. Light-to-medium body, dryish and somewhat sour. Blueberryish flavor also, pretty dry and cheek-drying. Tasty but could be bit more sour and/or have richer flavor bill. 4.0-4.1

Magic Lambic (2022)

Nice blend of raspberry and vanilla in the aroma, faint blueberry notes. Light-to-medium body, dryish and very sour mouthfeel. Mostly raspberry in the juicy flavor, some vanilla to round out the combination. Blueberry somewhat faintly in the background.

Fou’ Foune (2021)

Funky yeast, faint pepper, noticeable apricot in the aroma. Medium body, mildly sweet and pretty acidic, faintly sour mouthfeel. Chewy, jammy apricot and some other indistinct fruity notes. Very tasty.

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2022)

Vinous, oaky and dryish aroma of berry, tyrni. Light-to-medium body, sweetish and mildly sour and pretty acidic. Funky berry mostly in the flavor, some oakiness. Somewhat more mellow than the 2021 vintage. Thanks Janne!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018)

Round bourbon aroma with generous oatmealy coffee, chocolate notes. Medium body, bit sweet and insignificant bitterness in the mouthfeel. Bourbon a bit more subtle than aroma hints, however chocolate and coffee are present with faint vinous fruits. 4.1

Oude Geuze Apogee

Funky, nice fruity aroma. Medium body, pretty dry mouthfeel. Dry as a bone, apricot flavor. Pretty tasty and pleasantly dry and acidic. 4.1

Drogone Lambic (2021)

Berry infused distinct lambic aroma. Medium body, slightly sweet, tart mouthfeel. Juicy grapes, some oakiness, dries towards the palate. Aftertaste is bit absent unfortunately.

Blizzard (In A Beer Mug)

Sweet, herbal citrus and other ripe fruits in the aroma. Light body, sweet and mildly bitter. Flavor has earthy and floral herbalness, timid citrus mostly, caked with fruits. Lacks character.

Domesticated Paradise

Dry juicy aroma of mango, peach, apricot maybe? Light body, dry and somewhat sour mouthfeel. Bit dull flavor of the classic sour fruit cocktail.

Superstudio

Overripe hoppy tropical fruits. Chalky, medium body with sweet and mildly hoppy mouthfeel. Tastes pretty old.

Djuicy IPA

Backlog. Bit sweet aroma of citrus, tropical fruits. Medium-to-heavy body, sweetish and pretty bitter mouthfeel. Peach, apricot, citruses with bit earthy/strawy hop profile. 3.6-3.7

Vild BA Bordeaux

Backlog. Indistinct fruits, caramel, booze, oak and sweet wine in the aroma. Pretty heavy body, sweet and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Oddball of a flavor with the Belgian base caked with boozy sweet dessert wine. Not very traditional but tasty in a way.

Beer Geek Dessert

Backlog. Surprisingly restrained sweetness, vanilla, chocolate and faint spicy notes in the aroma. Medium-to-heavy body, very slight sweetness with insignificant bitterness. Again, restrained sweetness, vanilla, chocolate and distinct gingerbread spice.

Sweet aroma of overripe tropical fruits, some hop powderiness, resin bitterness. Medium body, creamy sweetness with significant bitterness. Overripe, sweet resinous tropical fruits, citrus with pine and faint note of gasoline in the aroma. 3.9

Grand Cru Bruocsella Brut Bxl Beerfest V.2022

Bit floral, fruits in the aroma. Very strong acidness in the mouthfeel. Peppery, floral vinegary and vinous flavor. Faint cognac notes. Pretty tasty but super acetic.

Beer Club Breakfast

Berries and some dark malts in the aroma. Flat, pretty disgusting.

Camerise (2021)

Sweetish blueberry-ish aroma. Light body, sweetish and mildly tart. Surprisingly sweet flavor of blueberries and some (black)currant. Surprisingly sweet for a Cantillon.

Mochaccino Messiah

Dark malts, sweet coffee aroma. Light-to-medium body, bit sweet and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Mostly coffee and some sugary sweetness to it, palate has bit dark maltiness with faint roast.

Afterglow

Overripe sweet tropical fruits with a whiff of solvent. Thick body, sticky sweet and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Sticky stone fruit mostly in the flavor.

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021)

Vinous but somewhat fruity berry aroma. Light-bodied, not very sour and slightly dry mouthfeel. Juicy tyrni flavor with some wood and vinousness.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)

Flavor has mostly coffee, caked with vanilla and cocoa. The decent, traditional KBS body, some roastiness and even bitterness in the mouthfeel. Flavor initially strong coffee, but dry cocoa comes forward and ultimately the cinnamon closes the show. 3.8

Spontanseabuckthorn 

Backlog. Classic spontan aroma with very faint seabuckthorn/berry notes. Medium body, dry and acidic mouthfeel. Juicy seabuckthorn flavor also, but could be even more distinct.

Nelson

Backlog. Strong sweet and aromatic pine, grass hoppy aroma. Pretty robust body, sweet and medium hoppy mouthfeel. Malty sweetness, aggressive nelson flavor which I'm not really a fan of.

To Øl Scandi Multi-Coast Hazy Heritage IIIPA

Soft malty aroma with some caramel, fudge and resinous pine. Sweetish caramel maltiness initially in the flavor, pretty heavy body. Mushy mouthfeel. Low to medium bitterness. Palate has curious pine aroma. Abv well hidden but could have more hops. 3.6-3.7

Chugwork Orange

Sugary lactose, vanilla in the orange juicy aroma. Mildly sour, sweet orange flavor with vanilla. Not exactly my cup of tea.

First Frontier 2.0

Mushy but very aromatic, citrus piney hoppy aroma. Medium body, soft and medium bitterness at max. Citrus, faint pineapple and strong piney resinous hoppiness in the flavor. Pretty decent showing of a modern(?) westie but something still lacking. 3.6-3.7

Santa Gose F&#% It All

Vanilla, lactose aroma with sweet tropical fruit salad. Initially too sweet, but after decantation the saltiness starts compensating it. Light to medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel and flavors of tropical fruits. Pretty okay after all, 3.4

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019)

Softly roast coffee and some sweet vanilla in the aroma. Heavy body, pretty dry roast coffee. Quite a slow sipper, somehow the easiness of drinking is lacking from this.

Vigneronne (2020)

Dry vinous aroma. Funky barnhouse flavor with dry grapes. Refreshing, very sour and super tasty.

Sally And Irma

Tart citrusy, salty aroma. Slightly tart at first, salty lime and some soap in the flavor. Minimum bitterness, sweetish. Nice refreshing noabv quaffer.

Spontanpentadrupleblueberry (2019)

Juicy blueberry and oddly cherry aroma. Remarkably dry and oaky mouthfeel. Initial taste is the classic spontan base but is quickly subdued by super dry wooden berry. Medium+ body, medium sour.

Saint Lamvinus 2020

Pretty straightforward red wineish grape aroma. Acidic, but not sour mouthfeel. Slight vinegar and again, straightforward juicy grapes. Tasty and balanced. 4.1-4.2

Triple Trippy Too

Overripe, dank tropical fruits with icky sweetness in the aroma. Very fruity bitter mouthfeel that is subdued by the warm sugary booziness. Your typical TIPA.

KBS Espresso

Burnt coffee, dark malts in the aroma. Immense dark coffee in the flavor, some bitter chocolate and leather. Very dry and bitter mouthfeel, ashy palate.

Cascade

Backlog. Super grassy hoppy aroma that overshadows everything else. Taste continues the same, very grassy and floral hops, bit sweet mouthfeel and unnecessarily thick body.

Big Worster 2015

Super sugary glue aroma. Same continues in the flavor. Hadn't aged well at all.

The Great Square of Pegasus

Soft, faintly sweet aroma of stone fruit and very light lupulin powder. Mouthfeel is somewhat bitter, even dankish. Mushy fruits and long-lasting dull bitterness. 3.6

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake

Backlog. Sweetish cocoa aroma caked with pleasant maple syrup and faint vanilla. Unsurprisingly, rather sweet vanilla and maple syrup in the aroma. Sweetness is dampened by the cocoa towards the palate. Very rich brew but unfortunately sweet. 4.1

Metamorfose

Ripe fruits, grass in the aroma. Pretty thick mouthfeel, significant sweetish aromatic bitterness that turns dry almost instantly. Decent hop juice, though age has made it a bit mushy already. 3.9

Winter Hexagon

Overripe exo fruits, orange, some gasoline in the aroma. Initially bit sweet mouthfeel but turns significantly hoppy. Bit mushy malty flavor, distinct orange with faint booziness. Deceptively easy to drink, fairly balanced TIPA.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen

Piney, bit soapy aroma. Some faint sweet citrus. Pretty dank, dry grassy/piney hoppiness. Packs a pretty punch for the abv.

Phosphenes & Moonbeams

Pretty strong orange in the aroma paired with some melon. Bit oily, herbal notes in the flavor with significant hoppiness. Considerably dry and very bitter.

Nasty, Brutish And Malt

Pretty floral, soapy, malty aroma. Messy, porridgy taste with floral hoppiness. No hints of booziness, tho lacks depth, very simple brew.
