Overripe raspberry-infused vingar, w/ balsamic+damp wood notes. Bone dry. Raspberry, hints of pineapple. Strong tannic attack, that dries up your lips, while a Sharp twang of acidity covers your tongue & gums. Some herbal hints still make it through.

Massive raspberry nose, tart and juicy. Same thing continues onto the palette, slightly bitter, dry, acidic, floral, yogurt, lots of oaky goodness and endless complexity. Something to take your time with for sure 🤤..
