Strong, enjoyable bitterness. Flavors are complex, with a heavy malty core and yeasty hints. Very interesting finish, that has an outstanding length and a subtle boozy and woody closing.

Oude Gueuze vieillie en fût de Calvados, très sésame grillé, belle acidité acétique, fruitée, fermière, pommes cidrées, c'est fleuri, bien pétillant, funky et sec. Superbe.

Heldere scherpe zuurtjes. Ik merkte weinig van de calvados maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Oh myyyyyy!! This one was exceptional!! Tart, sour, that wonderful wild gamey yeast flavor!! Heavenly!!
