Boon already has that nice green appley note in a lot of their lambic. This makes sense, but there wasn't enough cask influence IMO. Well worth the price of retail

Soft and smooth. Funky, green apples. Some dryness, bit peppery on the tongue. Some gentle sweetening calvados in the aftertaste. Bit mouth watering. Rather delicate profile. Great one!

Tuoksussa maitohappoa, omenasiideriä. Maussa jatkuu todella täyteläinen hapokkuus, siiderimäistä kirpeyttä ilman ikenien irvistystä. Lopussa vielä hapokuuden terveiset. Yleiskuvau ennemmin siiderimäinen hapokkuus kuin oluenomainen maltaisuus

Perfect carbonation and head. Green apples, cucumber, green apples, lactic, mouthwatering, fairly dry. Lovely! Still quite fresh (further cellaring potential)

Been a few years since I first had this and feel it’s mellowed a bit but still full of barnyard funk on the nose and in the taste it mixes well with oak flavors and balanced by decent sourness.
