All sorts of wonky with this one. Dry hopped spontaneously fermented sour ale. Barnyard funk, citric acid tartness, stone fruit (especially peach), with a dry finish. Not really detecting the hops, but this one grew on me as I sipped. Bottled 07/04/2021

Verrassend biertje. Met mosaic hops verwacht je een IPA, maar dit is een zeer prettige lambic geuze. Een zuurtje,fruitig, wat tart en hoppig met een droge afdronk. Lekker.

Last bottle from the 6 I obtained from Trafalgar Wines 3 years or so ago. Oaky lambic goodness. Mosaic has faded. Waingro misses Trafalgar Wines…

Light, slight funk, slight acidic, mellow. Mosaic is a bit more flavorful compared to citra. Melon and slight pineapple notes

En fiffig Lambik kun hoppet med Mosaic. Duft av gjærende epler, sitrus og noe hvit fersken. Sur, frisk og med et søtlig ananas-touch helt der bak i slutten av smakskurven. Well done.

A perfect style representation. Hoppy, oqkey, sour, who doesn't love a sour IPA or a hoppy sour? Whatever it is, it's barrel aged and tastes so good.
