2018. Sweet, apple smell. Tastes a bit like old champagne and apple juice. Probably kept it too long and not serving it cold enough. Either way, I couldn’t drink this.

2018 vintage. Overall in the sweet side but with a little grapy sourness. Riesling grapes are quite present as well the champagne yeast. Tart.

Very dry, effervescent, champagny, hardly a beer. Still very interesting and nice!

Very dry and very champagne-like. Some malts, heavy on white vine. Can't taste alcohol really. Good!

Sultana, grape must, sour, I think it's a bit past its prime, but still a great substitute for champagne. 2018 vintage
