Weniger Säure als in der Karotte, dafür etwas runder, sehr trocken, vielleicht frisch nochmal geiler

A bit too mellow on the sour notes. It had some years in the cellar so I didn't get any earthy or beetrooty notes.

Œil : brun, col fin. Nez : levures, léger terreux. Bouche : grosse acidité, terreux très léger, betterave inexistante. Sèche sur la fin.

Bajer og rodbede spiller altså ikke rigtig sammen. Ikke at jeg egentligt havde forventet det. Har stadigt lidt surhed den vinder på, men ikke noget jeg kommer til at besøge igen.

I really wanted to like this beer. But I did not like this beer. Proper tasting sour for the hardcore fans — but this one made me want a different beer.

Nää spotanit on mulle vähä vaikeita oluoita. Tää ei ollu ihan niin överihapan ku nää yleensä on. Ihan jännä tapaus. Jotenki tulee joku juuresmehu mieleen
