Very unique. Wonderfully bright, siur nose. Earthy in the middle, though not particularly beety, and finishes with a zesty funk that urges you to sip some more. Nice.

Sour, tart beetroot, acidity from the base culture & touch earthy. Lovely Spontan this one.

Behagelig sure og bitterhed. Den lidt jordet(Earthy) smag fra rødbede spiller godt op mod syren og de let funky smage fra spontangæringen.

I LOVE this. The earthiness of the beetroot compliments the funk, creating a wondrous complex delight.

Карамель, максимально сухо, терпко, даже вяжет. Свеклы практически нет.

Has held up very well. Lost a tad bit of carbonation but such a beautiful brew. Slightly pithy and earthy with saltine cracker finish. Elegant and devastating.
