2017 bottle, for science. Obviously hops have faded. Brett is forefront. Super fruity. Not at all like it was fresh, but fun nonetheless.

Jól megkomlózott, ipás, citrusos, gyantás, mellettük enyhe banános, búzás jegyek, plusz egy gyenge savanykás komponens.

A Why-pa? So much going on! Good hops profile, mildly sweet, light lemon funk aftertaste. Well balanced.

Now that is unique. Hops aren't American, so it has that noble hop IPA character which is weird. Tartness from the Brett and wheat smooths it out. Would be great on a hot day

(2016) Aromat intensywnie cytrusowy i żywiczny, w tle odrobina siana i stajni. W smaku półwytrawne, rześkie, sporo iglaków, cytrusów, odrobina funky od brettów. Biszkoptowa podstawa słodowa fajnie kontrowana średnią goryczką, świerkowo grejpfrutową. 4.4

Nice enough ipa more like a wild/sour with the brettanomyces. Good hoppy bite fighting to get past the yeastiness. Not my pint of ale, your mileage may vary. Note to self: start reading labels more carefully and avoid anything brett!!!! Into the marinade!

CAN I ask Wheat Is New, Bro. Woody? It doesn't smell of Hops in here for once. Brett came for a visit & freshened things up, Mikkeller. :=O The place smells worse than ever!

Tart from the Brett. Not bad though. Just not my style of wheat. Enough hops to make it good

Been wanting to try this collab between 2 world class breweries for a while. You can't go wrong when Hill Farmstead and Mikeller team up. Slightly different style than any beer I've had before. IPA with strong wheat flavor aged in chardonnay barrels

India Pale Ale brew with wheat and fermented with brettanomyces. Known for its barnyard, fecal, horsey, flavors. However, Brettanomyces also produces high levels of fruity esters that are desirable in some styles like saison, sours... Obviously not a favs
