All Brett, all the time. This is the 2016 batch from Anchorage Brewing. Hops are gone.

[Late Check In] With time, this bottle has become a yeast driven farmhouse ale, and I see no reason to complain! Light bodied, brett funkiness in the nose and palate, and a fair bit of grass to boot. Nice collab from some big names!

#600! Batch #5 from July 2015. Popped the cork and smelled the sourness of Brett. However, just slightly sour and tastes like a farmhouse ale.

Hahaha! I don’t know man. I just don’t love Brett beer. It comes out soapy. Not only on smell but mouthfeel more importantly. Overall flavor saves the beer. Funky, kind of honey dew melon with lime squirted on top. Didn’t know there were so many versions!
