You know you drink too many vault cities when you expect your lemon sour to be radioactive yellow. My god that is sour, what you expect to be the initial hit just doesn’t die off. This might end up going in my weekend soup 😳

This is exactly what you’d expect. A touch of pith, but otherwise, punishing acidity. Funky, bright, tannic, just a face numbing barrage and I am entirely here for it.

LCI vintage 2016, super sour on the tongue, but then more tart and lemony in the back. Nice

BFLN-a really musty and bright lemon zest to it. Crisp and pretty tart. Not too funky, but a solid easy drinker

What an acidic treat right here. Dominant notes of lemon mixed with dry tea and typical lambic. Ugly colour but delicious and intense!
