Harvest Ale

IPA - American

Each fall, our brewhouse looks more like a greenhouse as thousands of pounds of wet hop cones arrive within hours of being picked by some of our favorite local hop growers. Acting quickly, we then load up these wet hops into what will become Harvest Ale – an impossibly aromatic and bright IPA bursting with fresh pine, melon and citrus notes. Our ode to the beauty that is the wet, American hop.

God I love wet hop IPAs. This one is impossibly fruity with candy melon notes on the nose — fruity, juicy, fresh vibrant hop undercurrents.

Huge wet hops-flavors are more intense than dry hopping pine semi sweet citrus bready malt backdrop fragrant. A once a year ipa finish is a little dank with hops bitterness lingering A+WONDERFUL

Not seen around here in 3+ yrs but found a fresh batch [Sept '20] yesterday! Hoppy/dank nose. Fresh dank pine & citrus flavor, some sweetness, then a hoppy bitter linger. Nice booze. Wet hop IPAs rock & this ol' friend of my palate is one of the best.
