Aroma is sweet, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is vanilla and cinnamon dominant. ABV is well hidden by layers of flavor. Dry finish with lingering cinnamon.

Lots of burnt sugar and a bit of maple and cinnamon. Might like the original better but this is tasty

Solid. Smells like French toast. Strong cinnamon, maple, and vanilla throughout.

Scotch Ales aren’t my fav, including Dirty & Backwoods Bastards. But I still had to try this. Love the cinnamon & vanilla + the barrel vibes. I can tell this is great, but the flat, sticky sweet malt bomb beneath the gimmick just doesn’t do it for me.

Glad to finally try this one! I didn't get it during the Mothership Series release. It's a dessert beer for sure, although it is fairly balanced. Maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon bomb! 🍻

Maple maple and more maple. A waste to put in scotch barrels.

Liquid French toast. Barrel is very minimal, light body, cinnamon and vanilla very prevalent, lots of maple in the nose.

Smoother than the original, less boozy. A little heavier on the cinnamon than I'd like but they capture the the French toast flavor well.

Deep amber. Really does smell remarkably like French Toast. Tastes about as close as you can get, in a beer, too. Remarkable maple, amazing cinnamon, with a toasted bread malt in the background. Almost perfect, but I just can’t go 5.00.
