Fruity hop flavor with a little bitterness in the finish. Nice lasting aftertaste. Goes down really easy.

Big time ginger on the nose. Taste is sweet, ginger. Ginger is predominate thru and thru.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2023) Wallin

Tasty and layered. Maple sweetness upfront. Vanilla, bourbon notes, roasted malt and a tad dry finish from barreling. Complex and so glad to see this back.

Great aroma, great taste! So smooth. Citrus, lasting flavor.

KBS Blueberry Wallin

Touch of berry in the nose. Tart fruit in the beginning followed by chocolate. Lasting chocolate flavor. light vanilla as it warms up.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2023) Wallin

Malty, hoppy, always available, always tasty.

Citrus Squall Wallin

Fruity aroma. Taste is grapefruit with a dry finish. Ok beer.

Fort Wallin

Nice raspberry flavor. Very refreshing with a dry-ish finish. Very tasty still.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Wallin

I can smell chocolate more than the cherry. Taste is not sweet. Darker chocolate, little cherry, more as it warms.

Shelter Pale Ale Wallin

Malty body, lasting hop aftertaste. Very good pale ale.

Un'ora Wallin

Cereal grain aroma and taste with a citrus/lemon aftertaste. Clean and crisp.

Higher Math Wallin

Five years later.. my goodness how this has changed. Mellow, creamy chocolate and cherry. Smooth and deliscious. Sweet but not too sweet.

French Toast Bastard Wallin

Aroma is sweet, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is vanilla and cinnamon dominant. ABV is well hidden by layers of flavor. Dry finish with lingering cinnamon.

Porter Wallin

Aroma of roasted malt. Taste is smooth, roasted malt. I thought I rated this but it was on a different site many years ago. Founders beers, all are exceptional.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Wallin

Never had many highballs, but I find this, tasty. Sweet.

Belgian Twist Wallin

Slight sweetness in aroma. Belgian yeast noticeable. Lasting flavor.

Backwoods Bastard (2016) Wallin

Still so tasty after 5+ years. Bourbon, leather, sweet, a great sipper.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) Wallin

What to drink as I'm frying wings. KBS of course. Bouquet still is tantalizing. Notes of chocolate, roasted malt, barrel seems to have faded a tad bit. Not as boozy, but apparent. Caribbean Jerk wings +KBS 😊

Boozy smell, roasted malt. Taste is so yum. Mellow roasted malt, raisony aftertaste, high abv kept in check by all the layers of flavor. As it warms, almost a liquor aroma. Complex but enjoyable. Ready to age the last 3.

Panther Cub (2021) Wallin

Equal amounts of maple, vanilla and roasted malt at first. Time to let it warm up a bit. 9.2% well hidden by barrel notes, maple and vanilla. Well rounded and tasty.

Big Luscious (2020) Wallin

Sweet, chocolate, raspberries. Soft and creamy.
