Lovely smooth creamy vanilla with just the right amount of maple sweetness. The barrel age booze strength and taste really built up as the beer warmed up. Loved it ice cold, but the original bastard coming through got a bit heavy for me in the end.

Pretty much a great French toast with a bourbon chaser. Aging is definitely helping.
