Доброта. Всё очень в балансе, ваниль от бочки, чёрный изюм, шоколад, финики, меласса, чуть подлесковых нот от дуба. Умеренная бочка, гармоничная сладость, согревающий хересно-бурбоновый финиш. Ном-ном.

This is aging so well. Will we ever see CBS again? Somebody, find these guys some maple bourbon barrels!

2019 CBS brings out more of the coffee of KBS, with a maple nose from the barrel. I admittedly miss the maple, but it’s hard to fault the brew overall as a breakfast stout. Surprised I had missed this one before.

After my first 2 glugs I was not a fan but when I slowed down to sips and really got to taste the brew was when it’s colors shined through. Not the biggest fan of the coffee syrup profile but still recommend to stout lovers

Made me fall in love with ba stouts. Still tasty although nowhere near new school ba stout.

Bottled 10.08.19. Super smooth and rich now. Top notch work from Founders. This is so much better than fresh. If you pick these up, let it sit for a year or so.

It’s CBS and a pretty good iteration. Smoother and not as hot than several I have had.

Coffee weakened slightly over the aging period, maple was still quite noticeable.
