Very nice beer! The chocolate is thick smell of coffee and the sweetness of the maple still comes through three years later. Today was as good a time as any to crack it open. In a blizzard tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Either this has aged very well or the extra two years of drinking experience has helped. Maybe a bit of both. Roasty, sweet, boozy & thick. Roasty coffee, dark chocolate cake, maple, vanilla & bourbon.

Incredible Imp Stout. Plenty of flavours, well balanced and and smooth. Strong but not harsh considering it's ABV. Special beer this.

9.25.19 outstanding brew! Full blown stout. Ridiculous amount of coffee n chocolate. Smooth. Maple syrup barrel aged. Making the best of the Rona time off . Day #9.. I think

It’s lost a little luster over 2 years, but still plenty good. Frasier Crane approves.

Rich dark chocolate, roasty coffee beans, sweet maple, toasted oak with notes of caramel and vanilla. Finishes with a smooth hit of bourbon. This is a fantastic beer and it's gotten better with age. Breaks my heart it's not made anymore.
