Strong notes of chocolate with a smooth maple syrup finish. You get a little hint of that barrel too, which as a bourbon drinker i really appreciate. An excellent stout

3 years of aging and it still handles itself beautifully. Get the chocolate, maple, and vanilla undertones in their. Could still age for another 2 years of you want.

Breakfast for dinner calls for yet another CBS from the cellar. Only really getting fudge brownie and cinnamon sugar with very little maple at this point. Definitely not getting better, but still very solid. Need to finish off the rest of the stash!

Phenomenal. Mellow but flavorful. Toned down with age, but there’s a reason the bottle I got a year or so was my favorite beer ever. My expectations may have exceeded reality, but its an incredible beer. Draft and temp may have something to do with it

Flaskad 24 sept -19. Sammetslena smaker av mörk choklad, kaffe, bourbon, ek och lätta toner av lönnsirap. Fortfarande fantastiskt gott!

Our last CBS and it delivers at a stressful time in Dolphins' waters. This beer won't get better so drink up (Ironside-looking at you)! Maple is slightly muted, barrel is elevated. Come on 🐬s!
