Good one to age. Tastes better now then it did in 19. Not the best aged stout out there, but a good change up from all the others. 19 might be the best year of the CBS line.

Been aging for a while. Found this 2019 variety CBS last year at a small grocery store in Auburn, MI.

It has definitely peaked, which breaks my heart because I have many bottles to finish and say goodbye to a G.O.A.T. !

Bottled exactly 3 years ago today and still damn tasty! Coffee is very faint but the chocolate, maple and bourbon are still on point.

This has aged very well. Coffee up front. Gives way to maple bourbon goodness. Nice and thicc.

Na een mooie wandeling langs en over Keltische muren (Hunnenring, vanaf 450 v.C. tot 300 n.C.) is het echt genieten op onze hotelkamer van dit overheerlijke barrel aged bier. Verder veel chocolade in de smaak.

Wauw! Fantastisch bier. Geroosterde mout. Koffie. Chocolade. Vanille. Niet te vet of te dik. Ook niet te zoet gelukkig.

So soft and smooth! Maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon barrels, dark chocolate, coffee, oak and toffee. Small and smooth carbonation. Sweet and dry ending. Amazing beer! ❤️🍺🍺💕

Still not sure why they quit making their best beer. 3 years later and the flavors still hold up. One of my all-time favorites.
