Smooth bourbon cask aromas. Pours a dark brown head, rich body of bourbon and maple flavors, coffee and chocolate, sticky and creamy. Aged for an additional 4 years, last one of the series. Not really a summer beer, great all year long. Boozy finish!

Hmm this beer smells so fudging good! Nice roasty aromas of caramel and vanilla. It tastes like maple syrup pancakes and dark chocolate with devine notes of bourbon and vanilla in the finish. The aftertaste is very roasty too, like a good espresso.

I can't believe they aren't making it anymore. If you haven't had this before it's really good. Not my favorite but it's definitely delicious

Coffee mostly gone. Lots of dark fruit, black licorice. Sticky, creamy. Some barrel left. Think I'll put the rest in the fridge.
