This one aged well. Bourbon is still strong and chocolate comes through well

The nitro makes this soft and velvety. There is chocolate, coffee and the barrel is subtle. It's so very well balanced.

2nd bottle of my last ever CBS 4-pack. Still pretty boozy two years in, but it's mellowed slightly by the maple. Next bottle popping in 2022.

Sweet maple with a rich, boozy barrel aged bourbon bite. Well balanced with some mellow chocolate and more maple sweetness on the finish. 2 years in the bottle, not bad

Coffee, maple chocolate and alchohol. Abit on the strong side regarding the alchohol. But powerfull and yummy non the less

Pours jet black with thin dark brown head. Smells maple syrup with a hint of roastiness. Sweet woody vanilla, booziness is still quite apparent even after 2-year aging. Low-med carb, med thick body. Bittersweet, roasty finish

Man, the booze pokes through on this for me…I get subtle maple along with some dark fruit like raisins as well…
