BIG BANGER from the locals. Snagged this bad boy and let it mature since 2019

Aged very nice drinks like a 6% porter. Still has a nice coffee note to it and some sweetness from the maple

Easter brunch pairing with French toast casserole for dessert quite a treat. Still some coffee holding on and some sweetness but also a bitter dark chocolate on the finish

Bare en dejlig øl at holde fødselsdag med. Ikke helt samme fylde som jeg huskede den, men stadig lækker. Ærgerligt at den ikke laves mere.

Time in the cellar has not damaged you. Slightly gunky around the rim after popping the cap but didn’t scare me off.

Compared to last one of these I drank this has more Maple up front. Very chocolatey, barrel is present, thicker body. Impressive. 4.4/5 as this is much better balanced overall.
