10-04-19 Pulled this one out of the cellar. The barrel aged really pronounced, got 1 left might save til next year for daughters graduation

My very last one. 2019 CBS. Drinking wonderfully. Figured my first ever Father’s Day would be a solid time to crack open some Michigan goodies I’ve been hanging onto for a little while now. Glad I did. Booze burn is gone, nice rich chocolaty dessert.

Been saving this one for a few years and decided today was a beautiful day to crack it. Holds up well to aging. Rich chocolate with maple and subtle barrel. Accompanied by the sound of Cuyahoga falls and mist.
