Heavy prickly pear flavor, with agave included. Much more sweet than it is sour, and does not drink like a 9.7% big boi, at all. Good stuff.

Flavor is really nice, but that ends up being pretty sweet. Just a little less and that would be really good

This one is a bit ridiculous. Childhood candy favorites on the nose. Incredibly smooth drinker, tasting like a session beer. The fruit is dominant, almost decadent like, and the slight bit of tartness to balance it out. Damn

Woah. Intense. Next time I may dilute it with seltzer since out of the bottle it’s almost syrupy

WOW!! I knew going in that Founders BA beers are exceptional-this series (grapefruit included), deceptively quaffable. Prickly is thick, rich, yet slightly tart-tequila barreling shines through. A top notch offering!

Gotta say I’m a fan!! Great Mas Agave flavor but slightly toned down by the prickly pear. Getting a slight nutty yet cherry flavor akin to amaretto.

I really enjoy this beer. If you have ever had beergaritas, this is that with a twist of sweet prickly pear. Easy drinking... careful!

It's sweet and tart and I like it. It tastes more like a cocktail or framboise than a beer, but I like the taste.
