Roasty coffee, chocolate, and oatmeal. Not sure why I cellared a breakfast stout but I’m not at all mad about it.

Pulled this gem from my beer vault. Still tasty considering it was bottled Oct. 2017. Still feeling the effects of Covid on my taste buds. Still an enjoyable brew.

4.4. Bottled 8-25-17. Found in the back of the pantry tonight. Flavors are all still there, but mellowed slightly

Late Breakfast stout! Lost bottles in a box stashed in the cold room for a few years. It held the road very well. Still tons of dark chocolate and coffee. Very impressed on how good this 4 year old + beer has become!

Forward with the black coffee, just undertones of the chocolate, and the oatmeal is taking a little bit of a backseat, it’s really good, and you can literally pick out each flavor individually, very well sewn together. And the bitterness is spot on for me
