On paper, I should hate this. But somehow the combination of a Gose base, tequila aging, and lime turn this around into a shockingly good drink. It seems more like a cocktail than a beer.

Decent gose. Definitely get the tequila and lime. High ABV (10.something %) - more of a sipper. Probably would not buy it again but wouldn’t say no if it was handed to me. (Photo courtesy of recycle bin)

2 years+ old. Clearly waited too long on this. I’ve done a disservice to beerdom by letting this get past prime. Mea culpa.

2021 bottle. Rich, sweet, not too tart with just the right amount of citrusy and savory notes with a hint of booze on the finish. Phenomenal

Tastes pretty much like a sour margarita. Pretty good. Might start drinking these instead of Cayman Jacks since thru have twice the booze.

Perfect balance of tart, sweet, and high abv. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
