Strong ABV. Distinct bourbon flavor. Maple comes thru. Takes a minute to acquire taste, but gets smoother and tastier as it goes. Definitely starts syrupy, thins as the palate adjusts.

Uit de 2018 collectie. Super zacht en zoet deze better half. Overduidelijk rood fruit en veel bourbon. Afdronk siroop/stroopzoet. Volle mond aan smaak, klein alcoholbrandje in afdronk.

Maple slides into tobacco into bourbon into cherrywood. Sweet as you'd expect. Improved imo.

Still my favorite beer ever but can’t lie and say that age isn’t helping it out. The bourbon and maple is almost gone but the molasses and caramel is still there. Still ridiculously easy drinking and smooth.

Definitely buzzy on the nose and the front end of the beer. Some sweetness mid to finish but still okay.
