Much of the espresso seems to have fallen off. Chocolate and oak compliment each other well. 8oz for me and 4oz for the chili.

Hell yeah. Been sitting on this one for a minute, but thanks to Wes for sharing many moons ago, and it’s delicious! CBS is still my favorite but this a complex and tasty gem

Definitely coffee forward but I like the mouth feel and bourbon little better on this than I do the underground mountain

Aged perfectly. Creamy lots of coffee nice bourbon barrel and very smooth.

5 years. Coffee is more faint, silky with some warmth, flavor fades fast. Better younger.

#OneMoreAgain #papafridge btld: 11.18.19 Ethanol, dark chocolate aroma. Dark fruit comes forward with a short rest. Bitter dark roast coffee upon 1st blush. Medium body espresso & dark chocolate. Woody & mild bourbon burn. Ages well even w/storage abuse.

This particular one got better with age. Of course I don't really recalled what it tasted like in 2019, but it moved from a 4.25 to a 4.5.

Buteljerad 18/11-19 Fortfarande ganska vass. Trodde att den skulle lugna ned sig efter några år. Känner dock inte jätte mycket kaffe. Åldrats ok, absolut. Fortfarande en bra öl! 3 dagar till semester. Håll ut......
