A year of aging hasn’t changed the flavor profile much, just made it even smoother. The coffee may be slightly more forward. Gentle bourbon notes to add vanilla and caramel on top of boatloads of chocolate syrup. Sharp, fresh espresso to add a bitter vein

Dark roasted coffee is definitely prominent. Chocolate, toffee, caramel, oak, bourbon, vanilla. Thick, sweet, boozy. Great winter drinking.

2019 from the cellar. You smell the bourbon but taste the coffee, super smooth like a really good coffee.
