Underground Mountain Brown

Brown Ale - Imperial / Double

Underground Mountain Brown is the harmonious drinking experience only achieved when our imperial brown ale, earthy sumatra coffee and a year aging in caves below Grand Rapids comes together. A team of malts complement the bold sumatra coffee perfectly, while time spent immersed in oak creates layers of depth and complexity. A celebration of the barrel, the bean and everything in between.

Горький шоколад с орехом. Кофе. Бочка читается хорошо. Спирт есть, но в меру для такой крепости

Coffee. And sweet marshmallow. Bit sweet for me but mostly good. More porter than brown though.

It tastes a little like burnt coffee. It's not really my favorite.

Dark in color. Smell is strong alcohol and malty. Flavor is great with complex malts, nuts, huckleberry, chocolate, coffee, and mildly sweet.

I’m surprised I’ve never checked this in. I’ve gone through a lot of this. At least 3 4-packs, probably closer to a case. Really tasty. Not too boozy for 12%. Nice coffee flavor without being roasty or bitter

Super great, creative twist here. Not sure it needs the coffee but a great beverage here!

Wow... silky, brown sugar toffee and Sumatran coffee flavours up front. Adequately thick mouthfeel. Boozy, wood-cask note rounding it off. Really enjoyed this one.

Birthday beer #1 and my favorite brown ale. Smooth BA flavor with nice sweet chocolate and dark coffee flavor. Wish breweries made more barrel aged brown ales, seems like a really good match. Very smooth for 11.9 ABV.

Malt caramel chocolat, au nez fruit confit, plutôt douce, on ne sent pas tellement les 11,7°c ce n'est pas une stout ni un porter mais une brown ale
