Wow - Rich, coffee, chocolate, dark, smooth. Extremely decedent ! At the third attempt - now I get this beer. Blooming fantastic 😋

Dark chocolate nose. Boozy forward. Vanilla, chocolate and bourbon finish. Lacing creamy head. Firm mouthfeel.

What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish

Bottled 2/5/19 after sitting in a barrel for a year. So almost 3 years old. After having this again, this is definitely on the low end of 4.5. And the Mobcraft BBA is a 4.75.
