Drinking March 3, 2023 - this aged beautifully, maybe the best aged one I've have yet. Not as malty as ones past.

Doing a small vertical with the 2018 and this year, I think the 2018 has aged better. A bit richer in flavor and a bit fuller in body than this. This is still pretty good tho' 🍻

Considered a classic for a reason. Chocolate, coffee, bourbon. Great smell, great taste, great beer.

As expected.good balance of chocolate, bourbon anf coffee. A Keeper.

Cellar throwback. Thanks, Adam! Coffee shines through at this age. Coffee bitterness is present, but not overwhelming. Chocolate is subtle and the oak barrel provides the last layer of flavor.

Aged very well. Really nice sipper. All flavors still there. Coffee bourbon chocolate with a bit of boozy bite.

Heavy on the booze. A little too bitter. Less coffee and vanilla than expected. Rich and velvety.
