Holding well, seems a wee thin but rich chocolate and roasted coffee flavors. Booziness in check, but no traditional barrel flavors of wood and vanilla coming through. 30 mins in and getting a hint of coconut before the bitter roast. Not the best KBS imo

Bottle 3-5-2018. Good "brew" but still has massive coffee going on

Dark brown pour w/ thick foam head. Scent of roast coffee and alcohol on top. Taste of coffee, roasted grains w/ a shot of bourbon(Irish coffee). Smooth swallow. Nice for a 12.3%

Surprised how strong the barrel still is but wouldn't say it's getting better with age.

Bitter espresso/roasty coffee. No sweetness or chocolate left in this. Dark and smooth.
