Been sitting on this bad boy for a few years. The dust means it's got character. Definitely got fewer edges than I remember but that would to be expected. Boozy nose but not so much on the body, mellow chocolate throughout 🤤

Aged 4 years, no boozy taste but lots of coffee and chocolate. Interesting.

Fun comparing 5 years of KBS! 2015 was the best (IMO) with 2018 a close 2nd! Thanks Mike and Terri!

Koffie, koffie en nog eens koffie, overgoten met chocolade en dat laten rusten op bourbon vaten. Dit bier behoeft geen introductie, klapper👌

2018. Tasting very balanced, very woody, almost dry. Cocoa powder, smooth bourbon.

Impressive nose 4.65. Taste is a bit lighter than expected though still quite complex.4.35. Quite bitter finish but not anoying. Total 4.50

Toujours aussi bon. C'est bien rond, chocolaté, malté et vanillé. Le café est bien équilibré. Le bois apporte un peu de tanins.
