Revendo este clássico atemporal. Nesta ocasião se mostrou bem mais agressiva em olfato e paladar. Bourbon é a estrela aqui, café e chocolate amargo coadjuvantes. Abv transparece ao final, sem incomodar. Impressionou! 4.5+

Just cracked open a case in the cellar and it’s aging well. Chocolate and bourbon on the nose, chocolate and coffee is strong, more bitter finish than I expected. But a few more years and that will mellow.

Endelig chance for at smage denne legendariske Imperial stout takket være Oelelsker. Den skuffer ikke! Et mere simpelt udtryk end de hypede pastry stouts, hvormed de enkelte smage fremstår mere tydeligt. Bourbon, chokolade kaffe. God boozyness. Fuck yeah

Had to check the ABV to be sure which one I have. Extremely delicious, mellow, soft, and relaxing. It has made me quite happy, and so far drinks like an 8% beer, not the double-digit monster it claims to be.
