Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee

KBS gets its coffee fix in the very first variant to come from our beloved bourbon barrel-aged stout. Yes, KBS may already be brewed with coffee, but it gets some extra oomph when it’s aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels. The result is a fresh and snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can’t start your day with a barrel-aged stout?

A nearly perfect beer. TONS of coffee, a bunch of chocolate, and a bourbon boozy finish. I hate that CBS is gone, but this will make everything ok as it definitely fills the void.

Mørk brent esspresso + mørk brent bourbonfat = mørk brent og bittert øl! Sjokolade kommer fram som kakao. Pulver munnfølelse fra kakao og esspresso. Vanilje og eik fra fatet. Hinter av mørke tørke frukter og andre søte maltsmaker. Godt, dog mye esspresso.
