This is a great beer. Slight creaminess; rich flavor. Coffee/espresso flavor is isn't but not overpowering

Good chocolate flavor. Tons of strong coffee flavor from the espresso. Good boozy smoothness from the bourbon barrel aging.

Like a fruity pour-over with a splash of bourbon. Much stronger coffee than KBS. Rich creamy body, bitter & quite dry.

There’s a lot of ☕️ here. It’s rife in the aroma and flavor. I let this sit for a while and tried taking my time with it. While this isn’t my favorite KBS variant, it’s still pretty darn good. It’s quite possible that I underrated this one last time.

Still drinking nice with lots of roastiness, coffee has mellowed some. Smooth. 11/15/19 bottle.
