I had to try this KBS variation as I am a big fan of Imperial stouts and coffee flavors. It’s a great tasting stout, with chocolate and coffee flavors that are subtle. 12% abv hardly noticeable. It’s a fine tasty brew. I’ll be enjoying this one again.

Nice flavor, but thin. Higher than a 4.0, but not a 4.25.

Nice melt feel and coffee flavor, but the roast is just a little bit too bitter in the finish.

A luxurious replacement for my afternoon coffee. Metalic and astringent initially, but improves as it warms and de-carbs. Coffee, coffee and coffee. Bourbon, chocolate, toffee and honey play support. 2021 vintage.

Heavy coffee taste. Not bad at all. Would be better if a little colder. Got at mpourium in Greenville, NC
