Tonight’s #NewBrew #BeerHaiku #BeerReel is for @foundersbrewing’s #KBSEspresso, an ale brewed with chocolate and coffee and aged in oak bourbon barrels. 🍺 🥃 All of the flavors / that I like: almost like a / mocha latte brew. *~•~*~•~*~•~*~•~*~•~*

My last. Aged perfectly after 20 months. Bourbon flavor is still delicious,Espresso is perfect, huge rich mouth feel, mellowed beautifully with aging. I hope they do this again in their barrel aged rotation it was a spectacular brew

Olor a Bourbon y chocolate. Densa y espumosa. Ligeramente alcohólica en boca, deja notas claras de chocolate, café y Bourbon. Excelente, para beber despacio con un buen chocolate negro.

2021 release....absolutely phenomenal. The coffee is done perfectly. Maybe my favorite variation, neck in neck with Mackinac

This is nice stout to have as a morning coffee or even in the evening after work! Nice creamy full body!

Mmm, vg. Like Russian hot cocoa or Black Forest cake. Not sweet. Dark choc, yum. Glad the barrel aging is more in the bg. Best KBS I’ve had
