Obviously at 12% a bit boozy but the expresso combats some of it to make it not feel overwhelming.

Decent BBA stout, rich chocolate and coffee. Quite good, overall. But I like this at $4 a bottle not $8. Raining, yes, but it’s a gorgeous 19°C + the freshly damp greenery smells just amazing. Also a northern cardinal + a song sparrow are singing. 🙂

Solid stout and heavy on the coffee. Don’t taste the barrel age.

I like the espresso version better than the hazelnut, it's less bitter.

If you like the standard KBS and coffee this one is a no brainer. I just wish this brewery wasn’t so racist….
