Great espresso flavor. Definitely a breakfast beer though. A donut makes a great sweet compliment

This was pretty good actually. I always thought base KBS was very Barrel forward w light coffee. Thus brings the coffee to the forefront in a nice way. Good roast. Solid barrel finish. Guys all the right notes and balances coffee w the big bourbon notes

Yoms, still the classic kbs flavor dominates with a fun side of espresso. 12% abv.

Smooth and chocolate over roasted coffee and modest boozy notes. Charred oak and boozy notes float around in the background. Good stuff in my glass.

No regrets, but it's just alright. For what it's packing and it's abv, it's thinnish. Worth having, but not elite.
