Tief in den Rachen ragt es hinein. Bourbon und viel Schokolade. Kentucky liefert ab. Würdiger Abschluss zu Maries Geburtstag und außerdem ein ganz persönliches Belohnungsbier.

Klassiker! Hilft sehr gut dabei, jährlich das System zu kalibrieren. Schokoladig, holzig und dabei ragt es weit in den Hals hinein.

2-3 years might be the sweet spot. Liked the 2018 best this time around. Mellowed out a little, mostly lost the coffee

Big beer to start the long weekend. Great blend of chocolate and coffee. For some reason I'm not getting the barrel aged but I have a feeling I will as it warms up.

Very close to perfection - full-bodied, smooth, heavy, lots of coffee, chocolate, lingering tannic dryness, mild bourbon notes - there's not a single thing wrong with it, it's all good. Top notch.
