Lovely bitter and sweet chocolate coffee laced with bourbon, and wood and something leathery from the kuksa (drinking vessel probably shouldn't affect the rating...) 4.3

‘16 (feb) and a ‘20 (sept). i think this is a beer that doesn’t age well. maybe a bit too much chocolate for my taste fresh, but if allowed to drop off, what’s left is not great, boozy more than anything. more notable in the ‘16 here. good, but just that.

Big but smooth barrel flavored stout. Lots of chocolate taste too.

Darkly roasted malt character! Notes of coffee, cocoa, vanilla and you get a slight hint of bourbon! Quite sweet with a slight dry. bitterness! Smooth soft and pleasant to drink!! Nice and creamy! Enjoyable and likeable taste! Cheers!

Kaffe, choklad, rostad malt och bourbon från fatlagringen i doften. Fyllig munkänsla. Smak av kaffe och choklad med rostad malt vid sidan av. Något torr och bitter eftersmak med inslag av kaffe, choklad och fatlagring.
