Lost this one in the back of my fridge. Boozy and malty, with moderate bitterness. Bourbon is there but is mostly lost to the hops.

4/25/17, heavy on the alcohol and bourbon notes. Almost too forward and top heavy on the malts and peat and the bourbon

Aroma de barril. No paladar mais barril, resinoso e leve cítrico. Dulcor nulo e amargor médio equilibrados. Baita breja.

Cellar gem 5-3-17 💥 boom and it’s even better then I remember damn good ! Loved it’s boozy kick your ass freshness but aged perfection now smoothed out barleyesk BB ipa need to make again founders get your asses brewing 😉

IPA aged in bourbon barrels. So freakin good. Definitely tastes more like a barley wine. Getting ready to see Tom Segura tonight. Can’t. Fucking. Wait!!!

5 years of aging has smoothed this one out. When I first had it, it was too hot. Now you can taste the underlying IPA much better.

I’m sure this is smoother than when it was fresh, but I think I would have liked it better when the hops were fresh, too.
